Anti-racism is the powerful idea that people can promote a more egalitarian society by opposing pervasive social, economic, and political forms of racial oppression.

US History textbooks tend to minimize and obscure the idea of anti-racism as a powerful philosophy throughout history.

This site is dedicated to revealing, or uncovering, the anti-racist ideals of John Brown and Abraham Lincoln. We will then extend our examination to other notable anti-racists in History and Contemporary American Society.
